KYOCERA REVEAL THE NEXT LEVEL OF COLOUR INNOVATION
Kyocera Document Solutions, one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, is excited to announce two new high-speed colour A3 MFPs. The TASKalfa 6551ci and 7551ci will appeal to workgroups of medium to large size as well as in-house reprographic departments who want professional quality prints on demand. Designed for average print volumes of up to 40,000 pages per month, the advanced colour technology guarantees exceptional print quality and more efficient workflows.
The new generation of high-speed A3 colour devices offer a multitude of new features, including superb colour performance for both corporate and professional colour environments, along with a high level of productivity. The new KX driver 6.0 includes a new colour optimiser, allowing ten different colour adjustment and overlay printing options. These, combined with state-of-the-art edge-smoothing precision printing technology, make documents look stunning every time.
With the optional Fiery controller, including professional ICC based colour management, TASKalfa 6551ci and 7551ci are capable of achieving the highest productivity levels. This upgrades the devices to a higher standard, attracting the most demanding users such as marketing and print for pay customers.
Being part of the TASKalfa range means integration into existing networks is seamless. Kyocera’s HyPAS technology open software platform is standard across the TASKalfa range, with compatible applications improving efficiency and automation, and allowing devices to be tailored to specific needs. The new 10.1 inch multi-touch colour display is easy to use with its intuitive ‘pinch to zoom’ and swipe technology and the home screen can be customised for every user with shortcuts. All this comes with up to 36% lower Typical Electricity Consumption (TEC) than previous models.
Bernhard Koll, Product Manager at Kyocera Document Solutions Europe notes, “Both products are equipped with the 600,000 page long-life drum which brings unprecedented efficiency and reliability while reducing downtime and waste to increase the customer’s bottom line.”
More flexibility and efficiency
Flexible media options are mandatory for high specification devices. These TASKalfas have selectable paper trays of up to 7,650 sheets supporting up to 8 different media types, paper up to 300gsm and banner printing, along with high capacity finishing options.
Koll confirmed, “Customers can expect amazing colour quality and enjoy uninterrupted productivity even with high volume workloads and complex documents.”
